Diana Gallagher retains the moral rights for all her work. The full resolution image disc provided in all wedding packages is licensed for personal reproduction and limited web use only. Any person found to be exploiting images taken by Diana Gallagher either commercially or without profit will have legal action taken against them.
Diana Gallagher may use all images for her personal promotion unless the client has requested otherwise. Images can be removed from www.nottingham-photography.com at any time if requested by the client.
In the event that Diana Gallagher is unable to fulfill her services in part or in full through negligence or a situation beyond her control, payment will be refunded in part or in full respectively. Compensation payments based on consequential loss or distress will not be offered. Diana Gallagher advises that you carry the necessary insurance to protect you against any such expenses.
Diana Gallagher is not VAT registered and all her advertised prices are not subject to VAT.
